For 67 years, it has been our mission at Bill Miller Bar-B-Q to serve delicious, affordable, and high-quality food to families in South Texas, and it remains so today. Our guests and teammates are like family to us, and as members of the community, we are doing everything that is being recommended by the CDC in response to the COVID-19 virus.
We will continue monitoring official guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) and communicating regularly with our teammates.
- We've asked our teammates to stay home if not feeling well and are staying in constant contact so that we may take prompt and efficient action. We kindly ask that any guests who are ill wait until they’ve recovered before letting us serve them in person.
- Our teammates are conducting additional comprehensive disinfecting procedures in all parts of the restaurant to provide added peace of mind to those dining with us.
- We have modified our common guest touchpoints with extra precaution to ensure safety for our guests and teammates.
- We are providing hand sanitizer in the restaurants as it is available.
